In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and use the toto9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or organization acting on behalf of another).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. toto9 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process, and accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your personal participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the platform complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or contractor of toto9 or any associated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform, whether voluntarily through toto9's self-exclusion program or as a result of a toto9 enforcement action.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one active toto9 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. toto9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered Indonesian mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. toto9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification. toto9 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driver's license), proof of Indonesian residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by toto9 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your toto9 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met and all KYC conditions satisfied, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. toto9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following locally integrated payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency conversion is applied at any point.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the toto9 platform is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and cannot be reversed without contacting support.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Bank transfer deposits from BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed in real time during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your toto9 wallet in under 60 seconds in the majority of cases. toto9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the toto9 dashboard. E-wallet withdrawals typically settle within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA and BRI generally clear within three to five minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. toto9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the destination payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.6 Withdrawal Fees. toto9 does not charge withdrawal fees on IDR transactions. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside toto9's control and are borne by you.

4.7 Funds Origin. By making a deposit, you warrant that all funds used are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. toto9 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities without prior notice.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible toto9 account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria published alongside each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Indonesian resident players who have completed account registration and at least one qualifying deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All toto9 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. toto9 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is exploiting a promotion in bad faith.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Game Restrictions. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. The specific game contribution rates for each promotion are published in the promotion's full terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. toto9 may run time-limited promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and holidays including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Imlek. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are offered at toto9's sole discretion. toto9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

6.1 Certified Fair Games. All games available on the toto9 platform are provided by licensed, internationally certified gaming studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, SA Gaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is subject to independent RNG (Random Number Generator) auditing and carries a certified RTP (Return to Player) percentage published in the game's information panel.

6.2 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting game outcome, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. toto9 shall not be liable for losses incurred due to software malfunctions that are beyond toto9's reasonable control and originate with the third-party game provider.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of a conflict between toto9's general sportsbook rules and the rules of a specific competition (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), the competition-specific rules published on the sportsbook platform take precedence. Live betting decisions made during an event are final once confirmed.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a Player's connection is interrupted during an active game round, toto9's system will complete the round according to the game's normal rules. The result of any round completed during a disconnection will be final and binding. toto9 recommends maintaining a stable connection before commencing any gaming session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto9 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or sportsbook odds.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any program designed to give an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or any back-end administrative systems, without authorization.

• Charging back deposits via your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining winnings or bonus funds received in connection with those deposits.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other intangible losses.

9.2 toto9's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your toto9 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 toto9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. toto9 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

9.4 toto9 is not responsible for any network connectivity costs, data charges, or roaming fees incurred by you in connection with your use of the platform. These are borne exclusively by you.

10.1 All content on the toto9 platform — including but not limited to the toto9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of toto9 or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display publicly, or create derivative works from any platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of toto9's intellectual property — including scraping, crawling, data mining, reproducing game interfaces, or creating derivative brand assets — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto9 holds its international gaming license. By using the platform, you acknowledge that the legal framework governing toto9's operations is international in scope and that toto9 does not represent or warrant compliance with the domestic laws of any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesian law, as it applies to individual players.

11.2 You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal treatment across Indonesian provinces and nationally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your personal participation in online gaming is lawful in your specific location, and you agree to use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws.

11.3 Any dispute between you and toto9 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation and the toto9 customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction of toto9's licensing authority. You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in any representative capacity.

12.1 toto9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this document.

12.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — toto9 will endeavor to provide notice via the platform's login notification system or via the email address registered to your account at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

12.3 Your continued use of the toto9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
